International Table Tennis Camp Terms and Conditions

1. BTTC International Table Tennis Camp is an event that is managed and rub by Barnsley Table Tennis Club (BTTC). 

2. BTTC International Table Tennis Camp is an event that is run and based on a programme/schedule. We have to remain flexible with the programme which may be subject to change due to things such as safety, logistical challenges, health and safety reasons or any other situation beyond the control of BTTC. 

3. BTTC reserve the right to cancel or change the date of the camp. If this happens, we will offer a full refund or where possible, a place at a future camp or BTTC event. 

4. BTTC reserve the right to refuse the entry of a participant and to exclude a participant from the camp. Any exclusion from the camp will be at the expense of the participant/parent(s) or guardian(s).

5. Participants who may not be able to take part in the whole camp for any reason such as illness, injury or any other reason will not be entitled to any form of refund or form of compensation. 

6. BTTC does not accept any responsibility for losses or additional expenses incurred by participants taking part in any form of activity at BTTC International Table Tennis Camp due to sickness, accident or any other cause. Participants should ensure that they have necessary insurance cover based on this. 

7. BTTC takes all reasonable and necessary steps and precautions to ensure that our kitchen caters for all dietary needs and requirements. We cannot however offer a 100% guarantee that meals will be free from allergens or dietary requirements declared on a participants booking form. 

8. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis up until 1st October 2026. Any cancellation queries should be sent to the training camps dedicated inbox. 

9. Participants or their parent(s) or guardian(s) understand that BTTC and media companies will take photographs and videos throughout the event that will be published on social media, websites and other forms of media. 

10. Participants should inform BTTC of any important medical information prior to the camp starting so that our staffing team are aware and can make any necessary adjustments where required and possible. 

11. First aid will be applied by qualified first aid staff if required. All incidents where first aid is required will be securely logged. 

12. BTTC does not offer parking as part of the booking. Participants should make their own parking arrangements and should not park in designated areas that are for event staff. 

13. BTTC does not offer any form of accommodation as part of the camp booking and participants should make their own accommodation arrangements where required. Whilst BTTC recommend hotels on the programme, BTTC does not accept any responsibility for any issues relating to the hotels following our recommendations. Any issues with hotels should be dealt with via the hotel and not through BTTC. 

14. A place at BTTC International Table Tennis Camp is secured on receipt of the full payment balance. Participants will receive confirmation of their booking via email.
